How to configure Headspace2 Plugin for best SEO results
In this post I want to discuss about a cool SEO Plugin which I think is the best in the category of what it does. It is called Headspace 2 from Urbangiraffe.com

There are other plugins like All-in-one SEO, Platinum SEO that are also great but in my experience Headspace2 rocks!
What does this plugin does?
This plugin helps optimize your blog posts for your chosen keyword.
Consider for example, that I am promoting a product called Niche Blueprint 2.0 and one of the keywords I want to go for is Niche Blueprint 2.0 review. As you probably know, that having the keyword in the Post title is very important for SEO purposes so naturally our Post title will be Niche Blueprint 2.0 review.
Headspace2 adds additional SEO to the blog post which is very important, so without further adieu let me demonstrate how I would go about configuring Headspace2 for this particular post.
Step 1. Download and activate the headspace2 plugin and click on Settings.
![]()
Step 2. Click on settings and select Page Modules.

Step 3. Changing the module settings
Move the Site name from the list of Disabled Modules to the top of Simple Module and click on save settings.

Step 4. Write a Post with your keyword in title. In the below screenshot, I have Niche Blueprint 2.0 review in the title.

Step 5. How to fill the Headspace settings for maximum SEO benefit.
- Scroll down and you'll find a Headspace2 setting dialog box
- In the sitename, fill the title of the post
- In the Page Title, fill the title (a question or something that intices the reader to click on your link)
- In the description, add further details as shown below.

Follow, the above steps everytime you make a new post to ensure that each post is optimized for search engines.
It looks professional too!
Until next time,
Vikrant Sharma

Thank you very insightful, do you have any more tips about HeadSpace2 and setting up static pages by any chance?
Tank you!
Hi Integrati,
The Headspace2 settings that I have recommended should be enough. If you like to set up a static page in wordpress then simply create another page and name it home, then download a wordpress plugin named exclude me and use that to exclude the duplicate homepage. Send me a note if you need detailed instructions.
Great stuff, thank you vsharma!
Thanks for the info it was a great help for a newbie. Be nice to get some more detailed help thou.

I was very confusing by this plug-in as a Chinese literature author.
Page title is the post title in headspace plug-in?
For example, I have a post —Some Requests to Hillary Clinton From Author Wanglili,
I put the following as page title:
live a smart life—the blog of author wanglili
I put the following as Description:
the blog of author wanglili is about Personal Smart Life Experience of Author Wanglili
It seems now that I misused.
So probably I should put the following as page title:
Some Requests to Hillary Clinton From Author Wanglili
I should put the following as Description:
Some Requests to Hillary Clinton From Author Wanglili–invite her mum and her a home meal, buy one copy of her book—My Tears Won’t Fall—Memoir of a Chinese Migrant Worker, throw to her instead of Trash the useless second hand clothing
May I have your guide please?
By the way, In my headspace plug-in , why dont I have site name as yours?
If I have site name, what should I put? records of today or smart life experience of author wanglili?
Hello,
I have my website (blog) title as CritiqueRatings.com so if someone lands on the website instead of a particular page they should see my the title as by blog title (which is my website address). so you should log in to your WordPress dashboard and check under Settings->General that the Blog Title has your website address and the Tagline contains a brief description of what your website is about.
Once you have done that, you need to Optimize each and every post or page with a correct Title and Tagline otherwise your posts when searched in Google will simply show your default settings as explained before.
To achieve that follow the steps 1 to 4. After following the steps every time you create a new Post or Page you would give your post or page a name ( e.g. Some Requests to Hillary Clinton) and then proceed to write your post as usual.
Before publishing the post, go to the Headspace2 settings (available right under the post area just scroll down a bit). Put your Sitename as Some Requests to Hillary Clinton, Page Title as Author Wanglili and under description the rest of the text (from invite her to clothing) as long as it is under 150 words.
After publishing the post or the page, once Google has indexed it you'll notice that if your post or page will be displayed as:-
Some Requests to Hillary Clinton From Author Wanglili
Post/Page Description
Your website address and Tagline.
Hope this helps, if not feel free to comment back

Hi Max,
Make sure that you hold the mouse button down while dragging the site button and it should work.
